Sales Operations Analyst

• Act as lead data/reporting analyst for Sales Operations team. Maintain sales forecast, pricing policies, track sales quota attainment and lead special projects focused on data enrichment and prospecting.
• Answer reporting, data and workflow questions from stakeholders and to communicate the significance of reports with an understanding of what drives success at MECL.
• Create weekly reports reflecting Stock on-hand and point of sales data for account management use to monitor amount sold to each retailer.
Place and track orders. And ensure smooth order processing.
• Created all ad-hoc reports for the company pertaining to sales information for all levels of management.
• Coordination and mediation between regions ( Western and Eastern ) and their perspective business partners for business operations.
• Own, produce and lead ad hoc reporting, data pulls and analysis that comes into Sales Ops from various sources. (Salesforce.com, SAP, etc.)
• Manage, organize, clean up (LEAN) and update all existing reports significant to the sales department.
Keep Sales & Client Services reporting up to date on an annual, monthly, weekly, and daily basis with emphasis on both efficiency & accuracy.
• Perform audit of sales report to check correctness and reconciliation with finance numbers.

Position Summary: Responsible for accurate, complete, and timely support of SNL's sales operations. Will have subject matter expertise in the SNL's sales operations data as well as the ability to proactively identify trends in support requests to help streamline department processes. Reviews, analyzes, and completes support tasks for SNL's back-office systems.
Responsibilities:
• Work with cross-team resources as needed to complete moderately complex system support tasks.
• Clearly communicates with customers via telephone calls and/or e-mails to gather support requirements and notification of task completion.
• Provides predictive caution to Assistant Manager and Senior Sales Operation Support Analyst if support tasks will not be completed in timely matter.
• Contact with SNL co-workers in various departments to provide support of the systems they use.
• Manage the Lead Process end to end, working with Product Management and Marketing on the input side (developing lists and importing them to Salesforce.com) and Sales Operations Global Support on the output side (accurately assigning Leads in Salesforce.com) to ensure a smooth, efficient and actionable delivery mechanism for getting prospects to the correct Sales Executive.
• Creates and updates SharePoint procedure documentation as needed.
• Completes other assignments and ad hoc reporting as assigned.
