• Provide full support to the Project Manager and Engineers to ensure the smooth running of operation
• Directly assisting the technical project team.
• Answering incoming / Outgoing Emails and Telephone calls, inquiries and forward call to appropriate person.
• Responsible for ensuring proper registration, receiving, distribution, filing and archiving of all project documents in accordance with the Project Document Control Procedures.
• Maintain document control registers / documents for incoming and outgoing project documents.
• Ensure that the latest revision and approval status of drawings is kept updated continuously.
• Maintain documentation in the electronic filing system and the central filing system.
• Receiving all project related complete incoming documents from Project management and main contractor.
• Log and make a documentation auditing report status and keeping of the Master Document Log Register updated
• Ensure controlled copies of the latest approved documents and drawings are given to the concerned staff.
• Ensure all project documentation internal and external is correctly obtained and logged in to the system.
• Retrieval of documents and drawings for reference purpose as specified in the document control procedure.
