Planned the execution of Jizan bulk plant extension for the Saudi Aramco company as head of the controlling department. This erection was completed in 2 years given a budget of 51 Million USD.

• Coordinated project preparations and plans with designer, consultants, clients and suppliers as per Aramco standards.
• Submitted progress reports and provided professional consultations and financial budget control.
• Communicated with client on change control management, monthly payment certificates and resolve challenges faced by the project.
• Supervised the operation of piloting the plant, executed operating procedures and implemented control strategies to ensure consistency to standards.

Steered the construction of a complex SeaWater Injection Pipeline for Saudi Aramco, with a challenging rehabilitation of 24 in-gas pipeline structures.

• Orchestrated the completion of the project in strict adherence to safety and quality criteria within the defined scope of work.
• Controlled a multimillion dollar budget of 80 M USD, managed financial reporting tasks including cost reports, monthly progress records and hand-over documentation.
