• Establishes for recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs; job requirements.
• Manage for all recruitment activities to include Recruitment process, monitoring Resumes, testing, selection, and hiring, preparing interviews, and evaluating applicant qualifications and making recommendations for job placements.
• Responsible for providing the top management with all reports related to hiring process.
• Managing filing process and tracking system for recruiting.
• Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion.
• Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements.
• Assist with all departments to apply performance appraisal; kpis to set the annual salaries increase.
• Review all employees’ inquiries and complains and guide them to the right actions.
• Dealing with labor law office in any inspection and extract over time permit.
• Responsible for all activities related to ISO 9001, McDonald's Supplier Workplace Accountability, FSC and PEFC certificates.
• Meet with managers and supervisors to ascertain training needs.
• Research and analyzing healthcare and plans including medical, dental, vision insurance …. Etc.)
• Follow up fleet department to make sure that they handle all transportation issues for employees.
• Manage and make sure that all employees have a bank account to transfer salaries.
• Supervise all administration tasks.
