Perform daily system monitoring, verifying the
integrity and availability of all hardware,
reviewing system and application logs, and
verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as
backups. Working on the IPv4 CCTV system.
Providing the necessary support to administrate
the servers and the firewall.
- Providing the support for managing the Integrated Refinery Information System (IRIS) installation requests.
- Installing IRIS applications manually or remotely.
- Fixing and providing the support for IRIS applications issues.
- Monitoring and reporting IRIS applications status.
- Keeping track of the IRIS applications version and status.
- Assist and support the Operations & Maintenance Department on their operations network
issues.
- Providing the Support for Integration plans.
