Duties and Responsibilities:
• Estimate scope of MEP trades during pre-construction.
• Review Contract Documents, making suggestions/modifications as they relate to the
MEP trades.
• Manage and lead MEP subcontractors throughout duration of the project.
• Review and approve material and equipment for MEP systems prior to installation.
• Monitor the installation and start-up of MEP systems and commissioning of project
with Engineer & Owner.
• Attend site progress, technical, management and any related meetings.
• Coordinate activities, materials procurement and other related activities with Field
Staff

FF)

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Review Project Specs, BOQ, IFC drawings and Authorities approval.
• Raising RFI’S for any conflict’s and doubts.
• Review Material submittals, Shop drawings, Coordination drawings and Method
statements.
• Oversee a junior mechanical engineers.
• Advise the project manager of any technical aspects of the mechanical services that may
affect construction progress, quality and the like.
• Attend a site progress and technical meetings as directed by the project manager.
• Preparing take off for materials based on approved material submittals and shop drawing.
• Preparing Orders for materials and following up with suppliers for the deliveries.
• Following up site progress as per base line program.
• Preparing variation orders for any additional works

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Review Material submittals, Shop drawings, Coordination drawings and Method
statements.
• Preparing take off for materials based on approved material submittals and shop drawing.
• Following up the work on site as per approved Coordination and shop drawing.
• Following up for all Material and work inspection request.
• Attend meetings which related to site progress.
• Following up with suppliers for delivery of materials on time

Scope of work:
▪ Preview of Design.
▪ Calculate any Calculations Required ( such as load calculation, head of pump and static
pressure for fans…etc)
▪ Estimation for equipment’s and materials.
▪ Make Deals with Suppliers.
▪ Make shop drawing, coordinating drawing and as-built drawing.
▪ Make Invoices.
