- Planning, organizing, and controlling requests from several internal TBC departments (proponents), (Private Partnership Program “PPP”, Project Management Office “PMO” for their Engineering consultant services, and Facility Management “FM” for their projects and services required by Ministry of Education).
- Budget check for proposed projects which will be floated as a bid or direct purchase.
- Prepare scope of work, technical specifications and requirements, & pricing sheets for projects along with the proponent.
- Inquire Pre-qualification team to seek the best suppliers for assigned projects.
- Prepare RFQ.s for PO.s.
- Negotiation with suppliers about received quotations.
- Evaluation of quotations technically and commercially.
- Prepare the Tender Documents.
- Prepare RFP.s for bids and Invitation to Tenders.
- Manage and control floated tenders.

Achievements:
• Savings percentage of one RFP was 87.84%, as the project budget was SAR 6, 000, 000 and the vendor awarded and signed its contract by SAR 729, 100.
• Savings percentage of one RFP was 20%, as the project budget was SAR 20, 000, 000 and the vendor awarded and signed its job order by SAR 15, 999, 000.

Procurement Sourcing Specialist at ARASCO

Basically, ARASCO has several segments. One of them is food ingredients, which is managed by the Middle East Food Solutions Company (MEFSCO). It is considered as the most successful corn refiner in the Arab world, with good market share in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in the GCC. Furthermore, the main products which MEFSCO manufacture and produce are corn-based food products (starch, glucose, and fructose).

- General supply chain.
- Seeking the best vendor, according to: quality, cost, dispatch and delivery time.
- Professional negotiations with suppliers about quotations and their details such as delivery date and payment terms.
- Evaluating quotations in terms of technical side, financial cost, and transportation point of view.

- Purchasing and organizing the delivery of all the raw chemical materials required in the industrial process.

- Assuring the completion of delivery to last end user along the company.

- Assuring the completion of payment process to vendors.
- Develop and induct strong professional and friendly public relations with vendors.


Achievements:
• Saving costs from (one vendor) purchases no less than SAR 60, 000.00 per month for the interest of my company.

Process Engineer at ARASCO

I was assigned in a position of a Process Engineer in the Arabian Agricultural Services Company (ASASCO), which is concerned in supporting food and water security in a sustainable way, principally within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) but also in the Middle East.

MEFSCO's current vision is to triple the size of the production site in Al Kharj. Accordingly, a project of the plant extension is on going. One of the duties I have been given is to be part of the project team performing planning and reviewing, following up, and supervision. My main role at MEFSCO after finishing the extension of the plant will be a process engineer who supervises on the refinery part in the plant.

products have several uses such as in the field of Oil and Gas exploration, Cement Industry, Railroad and Road projects. The company is also well-known for its contribution in the construction of thousands of kilometers of pipelines needed to transfer desalinated water, crude oil and gas.


Moreover, I also work more in effectively assistance for the customer in an appropriate selection of product.
