• Lead the recruiting department, inclusive of team leadership, sourcing strategy development and execution, program design and implementation, and recruiting goal development and achievement. • Leads the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and supports, demonstrates, and communicates the company’s mission, values, and overall direction. • Leads and manages the recruitment team to ensure goals are achieved and to drive superior business outcomes. • Responsible for the preparation and presentation of manpower planning in collaboration with senior management and oversees its management making necessary shifts in allocation to accommodate recruitment needs. • Responsible for developing and updating recruitment policies. • Delivers on-going reports after tracking the results, impacts, and cost-effectiveness of the current recruiting strategies and uses this information to identify trends and adjust the recruiting strategies in order to optimize the impact of the recruiting team. • Deliver on-going reports after tracking the results, impacts, and cost- effectiveness of the current recruiting strategies. • Prioritize recruiting department resources in order to meet the constantly evolving business needs. • Works closely with Director of HC approving and establishing the department’s strategies/tactics and procedures. • Collaborates with other HR department heads, regularly providing insights programs that are impacting the business inclusive of training, internal movement, career-path creation, and so forth • Works with the Operations team to plan for operational staff HC per site, per year and monitor the HC hired against HC planned. • Builds a quality relationship with external recruitment agencies, and universities. • Develops and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, social media, our website, etc.
- Candidates interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing applicant’s knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Completing paperwork for new hires.
- Handling the On-boarding Process.
- Ensure the effectiveness of on-boarding including completion of new employee’s files, entering required data in the system and receiving on-boarding tools.
