Recent achievements

• Construction of infrastructure (buildings, power transformers, power stations, firefighting systems, water treatment plants, drainage and water networks, power lines for medium voltage, asphalting) in two areas of more than 2 square kilometers for each.
• Financial abundance for the company by reducing costs through direct negotiations with suppliers and contractors, and through value engineering.
• Participate in the establishment of departments (logistical support, quality, maintenance and marketing).
• Preparation of the main functions of the departments (management of subsidiaries and project management) and recruiting of staff.

- Assign and manage subject matter experts working in section to conduct on job training and presentations.
- Contribute to the formation of strategies for the power plant’s function to ensure the objective of maintenance function are aligned and reflected.
- Process to accomplish optimized plant efficiency and high reliability and utilization of the generating units.
- In addition to other duties regarding quality workplace improvement and employee development in addition to participating in higher administrative tasks in the SEC headquarters.
