Overseeing the project mangers and full project team to ensure that the work is completed on time and within budget, to a high standard.
I provide the leadership to strategically manage risk, monitor finances and ensure each phase of work is started and completed on time and withing budget.
Projects implemented in the field of road works, bridges, buildings, power, infrastructure, utilities and civil works.
Supporting the General Manager for business development activities, operations and project implementation support to the project team. Support on pre-qualifications in Government Sector plus some large private sector companies. Support the design team get special product designs approved. Guiding design team for special steel structures with concrete precast foundation systems.

Hired to help re-organize the company and to give strategic support to the General Manager to make the company more successful in the overall business operations. I was the the second employee recruited for this newly established company. I was in charge of building the company organization from ground zero and in parallel running the daily operations of Bidding, Project implementation, Business development, Finance issues and dealing with banks. Successfully leading the company to obtaining ISO certification for a contractor in 2004. Successfully building a qualified company organization of more than 600 employees. Successfully obtaining grade 1 classification by the Ministry of Trade for the company. I was successful in achieving company business targets and increasing the business volume every year. We grew from 10 million SAR sales upto 350million SAR sales in 2009 Projects implemented in the field of road works, infrastructure, civil works. More than 4000 telecom sites implemented across KSA
