- Managing 2 hotels training function in order to promote the desired work culture
- Coordinate off site training such as Food Safety, First Aid, Life Guard and other government mandated training's
- Efficiently conduct off job training sessions as necessary, that create measurable performance solutions and long-term growth and development for all colleagues
- Training's include telephone techniques, English skills, appraising performance, group training skills, managing development, screening and selection skills and more
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training delivery by managers and supervisors
- Conduct ‘Learning and Development Needs’ analysis and prepare an Annual Learning and Development Plan and budget accordingly
- Provide internal consulting, coaching support to both the Department Heads and colleagues
- Shape a service-oriented culture within the operation
- Effectively measure and monitor guest feedback and establish effective means of communicating this to management and colleagues through notice boards and power points
- Manage the selection of Departmental Trainers, then train and develop them through on-going workshops and monthly meetings
- Develop annual hotel colleague development plans and prepare monthly reports
- Maintain hotel’s colleague development library/ database
- Conduct colleague orientation to the corporation and hotel
- Present awards/certificates, host meeting, and give briefing presentations to all staff
