• Manage the financial departments for the company branches in Jordan, KSA and Egypt and lead the accounting team in those countries
• Preparation of Monthly, quarterly and year-end financial reports that includes but not limited Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Sales Tax Return, WHT Return, VAT Return, Income Tax Return, Zakat Return and Statement of Cash Flows for branches (Jordan, KSA and Egypt)
• Controlling the GL; Coordinating with Auditors to finalize the annual accounts according to IFRS.
• Analyze financial statements, revenues and expenses to pinpoint potential weak areas and to meet Government and Taxes authorities required based on standards
• Ensure compliances with laws of land in the company operate business

• Ensure safe record keeping and book keeping systems are maintained in
accordance with generally accepted accounting and auditing standards
• Following up the collection for KSA, Levant and North Africa
• Ensure that financial schedules and reconciliations such as the following are prepared for financial closing:

• Prepaid Expenses, Deposits, and Accrued Expenses
• Sales and Collection
• Provisions for Sales and overriding commission
• Fixed Assets and Depreciation
• Employee Benefits such as Leave Salary, Leave Passage and Gratuity or End of Service
• Bank reconciliation statements
• Reconciliation of inter-company accounts
• Monitoring Budget and Forecasting
• Plan, coordinate and execute interim and annual financial audit.
• Manages Cash Flows on daily basis considering cash inflows/outflows, in- transits, expected receipts and payments.
• Prepares monthly payroll, calculate staff sales commissions based on collections, consultant’s reimbursement of travel expenses and payroll deductions, if any.
• Supporting the Director of Finance for the updated reports and updated declarations of Taxes and Zakat and SST.
• And any other responsibilities being requested by the Management.
