I was one of the engineers that and were fully utilized in the field to perform drive tests and walk-tests. We collect RAN measurements. My tasks were not only limited to data collection, it also included RF analysis and report generation.
Huawei/Zain 3G Swap Project: (June 2011 - July 2011)
• Perform pre-swap clustering drive tests
• Prepare pre-swap cluster reports demonstrating cluster status
• Perform post-swap site functionality test, RRH correct feeders and SSV test
• Prepare SSV reports
Samsung/Mobily WiMAX Managed Service Project: (August 2010 - June 2011)
• Perform Field tests and measurements using X-CAL tools. For clusters, tickets or SSVs.
• Prepare KPI reports and perform KPI statistics, such as Drop rate, successful network entry, etc.
• Prepare customer complaint reports.
• Prepare SSV reports for newly deployed sites.
• Solve RF problems by recommending modifications on antennas.
• Maintain the site's Master Sheet ensuring up-to-date and reliable.
• Managing audit tasks.
• Preparing weekly traffic and user statistics sheets.
• Generate Site Google Earth KMZ files to aid RF analysis.
ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
• Authored and Prepared a Manual for the Generation of sites Google Earth KMZ files.
• Planned and successfully managed a major sites antennas audit campaign. 242 Sites were audited within 3 weeks.
• Due to excellent performance, efficiency and excellent communications skills. I Was promoted to be a Team Leader.

Radio Access Network Drive Test Engineer.
I was one of the engineers that and were fully utilized in the field to perform drive tests and walk-tests. We collect radio frequency measurements around 3G sites. Then analyze these data to detect problems such as low signals, interference, etc.
Zain 2G/3G IBS Installation and Deployment Project:
• Perform walk tests and surveys inside buildings
• Prepare ISR reports, demonstrating existing coverage
• Supervise the implementation of the designed DAS solution
• Post-test coverage of the implemented solution
