guiding and executing design & development of organizational structure in order to support company’s strategic objectives. Executing the process for the annual manpower planning exercise to allocate a correct number of positions required. Ensuring availability of job descriptions and integrity of data related to Organization Development and Manpower Planning (ODMP) within HRMS (Oracle and SAP); within strategy documents; and within corporate performance reports.
Organization Design & Job Descriptions:
Analyze the design of the organization structure ensuring alignment with the corporation's vision, mission and objectives.
Analyze job roles and provide advice to departments on the job analysis methodology and writing job descriptions to ensure clear understanding of duties & responsibilities.
Ensure consistency in job titles across the organization
Manpower Planning:
Review and approve vacancies positions.
Collect manpower data and prepare statistics and reports when required.
Collate and analyze information regarding current number of staff (headcount report).
HR System support:
HRMS (ERP) process analyst.
Process owner for the HRMS (ERP) enhancement and development projects.
Control HR team authority profiles.
Organization Design & Job Descriptions:
Organization Structures and Job descriptions document controller.
Design, review and update the organization structures and job description if required
Analyze requests for new positions whilst ensuring there is no overlap in duties and responsibilities to provide greater clarity across job-holders.
Create and updates (positions, cost centers, and hierarchies) in the HRMS (ERP).
Review and approve vacancies positions.
HR System support:
HRMS (ERP) process analyst.
Process owner for the HRMS (ERP) enhancement and development projects.
Insure accuracy of approval hierarchy and cost centers.
Conducting training sessions for end-users in all HRMS aspects including (payroll, compensations, employee self-services (ESS), manager self -services (MSS), etc.)
