• Manage a team of 14 to secure high-volume of recruitment requests (+500 recruitment annual FTEs with various nationality, industry and area of professionalism), from requisition to hire: job posting, sourcing, phone screening and scheduling office visits for hiring managers.
• Manage the vendors on recruitment related project of a budget of (+10 M SAR).
• Build relationships with target universities as a key point of contacts and manage communication emails with Career Centers, recruitment agencies/Organizations and Universities.
• Manage the organization’s careers page, recruitment portals, and LinkedIn pages with upcoming events.
• Coordinate and attend various recruiting events within the designated areas to help building employer branding.
• Point of contact for applicants with questions regarding applications and hiring process.
• Perform various recruiting performance and cost analyses.
• Participate and develop Recruiting Roundtable presentations.
• Other tasks or projects as assigned by the HR Director and/or Partners that may not fall under the recruiting umbrella (e.g. Developing PDP or IDP, Developing a competencies dictionary for competency based interviews… etc.).
• Facilitating and enhancing the recruitment activities through coordination with concern stakeholders e.g. Manpower planning, HR OD, HR services department and hiring managers in the organization.
• Conduct coaching sessions with the recruitment team to ensure that they are well motivated and familiar with their career planning and set the right trainings for them.
• Review and customize employment contracts for executives in the organization based on the HR policy, STC work regulations and Saudi labor law.
• Managing a team of 5 HR professionals, I have to manage the HR operations (Recruitment, Training, Personnel, ER, GR) within the division and coordinate with HR central to facilitate HR practices within the department.
• Participate effectively in the TDC total delivery cost reduction initiative to execute and support on regards of people management and manpower optimization.
• Develop with HR central different initiatives to serve the purpose of digitalization and HR development practices and updates.
• Design the T&D programs for the division employees (Capability Building), and track the execution to ensure full optimization.
• Set up the performance management system and monitor it during the year in a systematic way to ensure all standardization and full utilization of the system.
• Make a dynamic OPM/Rightsizing practices in coordination of business management
