More than 5 years experienced in Medical Distribution Company as a Business Support Officer.
Main responsibilities of Sales, Supply Chain, Tenders & Office Management.
Sales: Responsible for negotiation sales of fresh produce & maintaining relationships with customers, answer phone calls, receiving emails.
Providing quotations, order input, pricing, process paperwork and work collaborate with assistant, troubleshooting, accounts receivables, follow up on outstanding accounts.
Analyzing the sales target on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis. Meet sales goals, annual sales targets & determines annual unit & gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies analyzing trends and results.
Complete all required reports regarding sales campaigns, market feedback & team territory management activities.
Supply Chain: Planning delivery timetables, ensuring stores have enough stock to meet demand & monitoring stock levels.
Overseeing the ordering and coordinate with vendor & worked closely with expediter to control regarding deliveries of scheduled shipments.
Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality & delivery requirements.
Tracking products through depots to make sure they arrive at their destination & overseeing arrival of shipments.
Tenders: Responsibility of new tenders offers, purchasing tenders, processing the bid bond & performance bond.
Preparing the tender & ensuring the submission on time.
Analyzing on awarded & non awarded tenders & follow up of submitted tenders.
Office Management: Designing & implementation of office policies & organizing office operations and procedures.
Designing the filing systems & established procedures for record keeping.
Analyzing & monitor the internal workflow process.
Managing internal staff relations & coordinate schedules, appointments, booking & trips.
Handling additional tasks as per demand.
