Human Resources Duties & Responsibilities:
• Administer employee discipline processes.
• Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters, documents, certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
• Develop & implement the HR policies & procedures.
• Prepare performance appraisal and Termination interview & reports.
• Handle the medical care process from registration to invoicing HR letters.
• Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation for all company stuff.

Administration Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for administering the day-to-day activities of the business office.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials that refer to the administration department in the company.
• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
• Record, maintain and monitor attendance to ensure employee punctuality.
• Handle all types of vacations and ensures compliance with labor law and its regulations (annual, sick, casual and maternity leaves) and produces required reports to all department heads.
• Responsible for announcing and posting vacancies via Print Media or Internet.
• Keep track and documentation of: interviews, hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
• Arrange for interviews and Interview applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, and job Skills.
• Prepare job descriptions.
• Provide incentives and benefits/compensation (overtime, allowances and bonus).
• Manage the Personnel process for staff.
• Manage and control the employee’s attendance.
• Record all of Employees Transaction (Holidays, Vacation, Attendance, .etc.).
• Prepare the Salaries for the labors in the sites.
• Calculate dues for the staff.
• Reward and motivate employees to reduce turnover and increase stability.
