- Community detection software for large graphs - A consulting project conducted for British Telecom, in partnership with the University of York. It dealt with the implementation of a software, for the detection of communities in graphs with sizes up to a million nodes (Big Data), using the Cassovary framework of Twitter. The client evaluated the software and provided a final feedback of 79% for the deliverables.
- Requirements analysis to confirm the final features and specifications of the deliverables for client acceptance.
- Managing a team of six members, including assignment of tasks, setting deadlines, assessment of risks, regular meetings for status updates and tracking of progress.
- Regular client meetings to provide and receive feedback about the status of the project.
- Software development in Java to implement an algorithm to detect communities in the graphs.
- Documentation of relevant information for project and final deliverable requirements.

- HTC Phones - The customization of the OS and development of applications for the phone - HTC Smart. The phone was launched and the project was completed successfully.
