The total built-up area is 170, 000 m2 containing the following: 3 storey underground Car park, 10 storey Podium retail/ entertainment, 13 storey Hotel Tower above podium and 70 storey Office Tower with a total height of 340 m above ground level.

Duties:
Manage the Design & Construction of mixed use development adopting a fast-track approach with Multiple-Prime Contractors.
Included proper implementation of Cost, Time, Quality Assurance, Risk, and Information Management techniques including Safety plans for delivering the project on time, within budget, and to the quality desired.
