Team Management
Managing the Helpdesk team members in various location in GCC, assigning & tracking the completion of task frame,
reporting to the management about the status of the tickets, meet and encourage the team about the ongoing and future
projects, proposing management for the technician training. Take on a wider customer service role and promote the customer service ethic to maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service
management principles, Report to senior managers on any issue that could significantly impact the business, Take overall
responsibility for incident management and request fulfilment on the Service Desk. Ensure staff take ownership of user
problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues. Ensure all calls are logged in the Service Desk logging system.
Respond to enquiries from clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems. Maintain a log of any software
or hardware problems detected. Support users in the use of Computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice. Allocate more complex calls to the relevant IT Support member. Arrange for external technical support where
problems cannot be resolved in house, Act as a further escalation point for unresolved or escalated calls.

Managing Datacenter which includes Server 2012/2008 windows servers with Active directory, Exchange 2010 DAG
environment, VMware vSphere Esxi, VCenter Server, , VEEAM Backup and Replication, Trend Micro Antivirus
management, NetApp SAN storage, Tape libraries, FTP servers and Services, , Switches, Routers and Fortigate UTM
