Senior Systems Analyst
Support on Systems:
• Entire support of Retail and Corporate Internet Banking Systems: Internet Banking (IB)
Application is a complex system talks with other different systems like core banking
system, Prime and Postilion, SMS, IVR, etc through Middle Ware (MW)
• Snorkel System (Two Factor): To provide the extra security on web base system like IB.
• Payment Gateway System (SEWA, DEWA, Etisalat, etc): Gateway for UBP (Utility Bill
Payment) transactions through ATM.
• Sentinel System: Customer Rating and Credit approval System.
• IVR System: System for call center agents and to perform financial Transaction.
• SMS Application: SMS notification system.
• Web Site: Implementing any modification on SIB Web Site.
• WPS System: Wages Protection System support as per the UAECB role and regulation.
• ICCS: Image Cheque Clearing System support as per the UAECB role and regulation.
• BEAM: Branch Environment Automation Manager System perform all branch day to day
activities.
• Ultimus system: Internal user approval system within branch network.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Resolving the issues sent by the clients using the Help Desk System.
To provide technical support through mails and supervise frontline phone support for the global users.
Deployment and Implementation of new Services and Modules in the live system.
Log Monitoring and trouble shooting of the Replication Server and the Automated Services.
Daily backup checking of different databases.
Trouble shooting and configuration of Kiosk Machines, Exchange Off-line System.
Preparing Documents and Training manuals of new applications and enhancement being done in the systems.
