•Participation on the EMM (Hardware/Software) upgrade from EMM5.0 to EMM7.3
•Participation on the INTEC swap project (Alcatel RCP SSP flows, HUAWEI flow, Acision SMSC flow)
•Good experience on Veritas Cluster Server 4.1 and Veritas Storage Foundation (VERITAS Volume Manager, VERITAS File System ), managing resource groups, performing failover, Heartbeats (LLT, GAB), MM redundant storage solution based in EMC AX4-5 Storage hardware, LUN and RAID Group.

Ericsson Multi Mediation 5.0 Online Mediation:
•Perform daily, weekly and monthly health checks, schedule regular backups, O&M and Housekeeping of EMM Online, Investigation and Troubleshooting problems, TT and CSR handling
•Participation in the integration and configuration of EMM Online with SMSC(SCAP Diameter), PSA(HTTP F-E) and PORTAL(Web Services) participating in the integration of Ericsson OSS.
•Integration of SMSC Acison with the E// IN through Online Gateway using SCAP Diameter protocol. (operation)
•Integration of NSN GGSN with EMM OGW through DCCA for pre-paid charging (operation).
Ericsson CS3-CP6 (SDP, CCN, AIR, VS, CAC, eTopup…):
•Good knowledge in the following points: call flow, Based and advanced procedures for check lists, alarms and logs, take traces, Hardware & Software Components, Backup strategy.
Acision PSA, HSP and GBG:
•Perform daily, weekly and monthly health checks, schedule regular backups, Investigation and Troubleshooting problems. Insure Operation and Maintenance activities.
Volubill D2CP (Charge it):
•Responsible for supporting a Real Time Charging product, VoluBill D2CP (Dynamic Charging Platform).
•Responsible for configuration, reporting, troubleshooting, finding workarounds and following up on resolutions. Insure the interface with VoluBill support in FRANCE.
