• Advice clients on diet develop bespoke personal training plans and give vital advice and encouragement.
• Design workout training plans for the Islamabad Club gym members (bureaucrats Officers, Ministers, VIPs, Diplomats).
• Monitor the misuse of equipment and to ensure the gym is clean and free of health and safety hazards.
• Membership software dealing, Repair and Maintenance of Techno gym (italian) equipments.
• Communicate clients’ program progress and /or problems with the Assistant Manager of Gym and Sports Supervisor.
• Demonstrate the correct way to use exercise equipment.
• Develop personal Training exercise and diet plans.
• Deliver exercise Groups classes, Easy line Aerobics steps and workshops.
