Key responsibilities include following

1.) Configuring, testing and launch of new features, promotions and products on IN Platforms (Huawei IN & OCS)
2.) Coordinating changes in logs and CDRs with revenue assurance and billing department for proper reporting and monitoring.

5.) Coordinating VAS & IN/OCS Platform version upgrades to support new features and capabilities.
6.) Coordinating Inter-node, Inter-package subscriber migrations for database, subscriber and product management on IN/OCS
7.) Provisioning and data filling of IN/OCS services and promotions (prepaid packages, products and promotions, VPN, F&F, FP, CUG, time based charging, international roaming, buckets, special codes and IN/OCS based VAS etc.)
8.) Maintaining Voucher Management System and generating new voucher pins (VC & UVC)
9.) Provisioning of various time, volume and content based charging schemes for prepaid GPRS and MMS service (Huawei MDSP & SCG)
10.) Integration and commissioning of new VAS and IN/OCS nodes for network expansion.
11.) Finalizing, planning and coordinating Acceptance testing for hardware and all new services deployed on IN/OCS and VAS platform.
12.) Coordinating with other departments to add SS7 links and entities as required for future expansion.
13.) Devising new number series plans (Ufone/MNP), planning and coordinating its implementation on IN/OCS, VAS and external entities to ensure proper routing
14, ) UNIX Shell Scripting to automate many routine tasks related for daily operation and reporting
15.) Technical designing (FRS) of the product required by marketing in coordination with Vendor
16.) Nominated ISO9001 Quality Specialist for IN & VAS Planning Department. Involved in technical SOP writing, approval and implementation of Quality Control Audit, conducting quality awareness sessions within team, documentation and record tracking and storage of IN & VAS Planning related projects,
performing task and activities in accordance with ISO9001 set standards

Project Lead for OCS Marketing Requirements, Migration of IN Features/Services to OCS and Promotion/Features Management and Launch during IN & OCS co- exiting phase. Ufone accomplished the milestone of Swap of Huawei Legacy IN (comprising of 30 Million Subscribers) to Huawei Online Charging System (OCS) the next generation charging, key responsibilities involved:

1.) Analysis of new features/services from Marketing on technical grounds and working in co-ordination with Huawei for feature clarification and development
2.) Finalizing new Marketing's Requirements Scope for OCS in coordination with Huawei
3.) Ensuring OCS launch readiness in terms of proper configuration of launched IN features, services, package plans and charging on OCS
4.) Configuration of Ufone operator specific notifications on OCS Platform for all launched services on IN
5.) Coordinating with commercial teams for new OCS voice recordings in two languages, its loading on nationwide AIPs/URPs and coordinating testing to ensure similar user experience on IN & OCS Platforms
6.) Devising test plans and verifying end to end correct working and charging of all live IN functionalities on OCS in coordination with Ufone Revenue Assurance Team, IN Ops and Huawei
7.) Finalizing and verifying reporting requirements for OCS and UVC Platform
8.) Configuration, testing and launch of new features on IN and OCS in parallel to ensure homogenous behavior of service use during the 5 month time period when OCS and IN Platforms both hosted live subscribers
9.) Implementation, configuration and testing of trial OCS Promotions (more than 50 concepts), Features & Services on test OCS platform in coordination with Huawei, Commercial, Billing and Revenue Assurance Teams
10.) Identification of bugs/issues in OCS and highlighting improper working of finalized features to Huawei for resolution
