Preparing an advice for a UK publishing company operating in Poland on obtaining funds from one of the Polish educational institutes.
Researching legal obligations of internet service providers for the content of its website in order to advise one of the leading US internet companies of its duties within the EU market;
Researching the broadcasting packages rights associated with sport in order to advise one of the leading cricket rights owner on the division of its broadcasting rights; and
Preparing a presentation on legal provisions regarding design rights in UK.
Managing the internal client database to ensure the progress of applications were kept completely up to date;
Recording client data in Microsoft Excel;
Answering a high volume of calls and maintaining a rapid response rate according to agreed standards;
Attending court on behalf of the department, assisting counsel; and
Undertaking technical and practical legal research including: identification, collation, and distribution of the information.
