Roles and Responsibilities:
•Preparation of BOQ for civil works and MEP works.
•Quantities take off from Concept / Schematic / Detailed design drawings through Plan swift, Auto cad Software.
•Attend the site visits and coordinate with the Consultant Design Teams and Project Engineers regarding any technicalissues.
•Preparation of RFQ to invite sub-Contractor quotation.
•Prepare and issue sub-contract enquiries and assessment of quotations upon receipt.
•Preparation of the Rate analysis.
•Review and Evaluate Tender submissions.
•Valuing completed work and arranging for payments.
•Assist to Project Manager for preparation of claims
•Preparation of Interim Payment Certificates.
•Site inspection supervision, organizing and coordination of the site activities.
•Evaluation & Comparison of quotations obtained from different suppliers & contractors.
•Preparation of Supplier and Sub Contractor Invoices in Subcontractor Administration.
•Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
•Preparing Tender and contract documents, including Bill of Quantities.
•Provides quantity take-off evaluation and assessments based on tender drawings and specifications.
•Assisting evaluation of BOQ from Studies and Tendering Division.
•Review system drawings to identify any difference to tender requirements and raise queries against specifications.
•Requesting quotation from sub-contractors and suppliers in tender stage and preparation of sub contractor document.
•Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations
•Rate analysis/ Unit Rate build for variation for the variation works
•Coordinates with Site Engineer or Quantity Surveyors for any construction variation
•Review plans, specifications, Bid and Tender documents
•Joint reviews and negotiations with contractors, quantity surveyors/engineers.
•Taking of Quantities for Sub Contractor Payment & IPA
•Prepare subcontractor's payment certificate
•Preparing value engineering proposal to help the design team to stay within project budget using practical system.
