schedule an interviews with candidates and employers.
Filtering cvs
Contact the candidates and arrange their cvs and papers.
Call center and answering queries.
Find suitable candidates for the companies we deal with ( hospitals, universities, restaurants, ect …
• Filtering the CVs.
• Organizing the data that includes names, certifications, working history, salaries, allowances and other details.
• Find the suitable candidates based on the requirements for the interview
• Schedule an interviews between the candidates and the companies.
• Call centre & Answer the inquiries.
Job description:
• Contact the suppliers for price quotations and any required details from the management.
• Correspondence.
• Keeping & filing projects sketches/ plans and the daily work reports.
• Keeping & filing suppliers invoices with the supporting documents and forward them to the Finance Department for payment.
• Recording the materials and calculating their quantities.
• File Keeping & Data entry.
• Monitor & recording of workers time attendance
• Posting job advertisements & coordinate the interview process.
• Coordinating the tasks between the workers and the work shifts.
