Responsible for Immigration status of International staff, including: visa issuing and renewal,
work and residence permits, registrations required at concerned Police Stations, Ministry of
Interior offices, Boarders Directorate and other governmental offices. Responsible also for
premises management including but not limited to drafting lease contracts and renewals,
related maintenance and utilities follow up. ensuring weekly and monthly follow up and
proper reporting. Sharing any updated legislations, law and policies released by country
authorities with Head of Mission & Senior Management staff. Assist CHRM organizing
seminars, conferences, workshops and trainings. Create Welcome Packages and coordinate
onboarding orientation and induction for newly hired staff. Arrange COVID-19 related
testing, contact tracing and facilities disinfecting. Following up, checking and maintaining
correct personnel attendance documents.
Preparing letters for Embassies and other relevant Gov. Offices for various purposes (Visa request, Work permit request, Registration, travel permit, etc.)
Sharing any updated legislation, law and policies released by country authorities with departments of concern.
Managing expatriates accommodation residence in Jordan.
Follow up monthly payment for office and GH electricity, water supply, Internet and telephones.
Assist Country HR/Admin Manager when organize seminars, conference, work shop etc.
Update Premises Follow up table.
Mange ACTED guest houses and their needs. such as maintenance
Create new personal folders for new National and International staff.
Update Personal Folder & Personal Folder Database on regular bases & ensure the accuracy of data;
Follow with field to collect staff personal folders missing documents.
Make/laminate ID cards staff.
Update leaves follow up table for all staff;
Support HR Department if needed.
Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks

Assist in processing in employee attendance sheets into a routine.
Assist for the recruitment process.
Schedule for interviews and so screening before interviews.
Assess candidates documents and data for further use.
Responsible for tracking annual leave days.
Responsible of Filling & Scanning staff document or any HR document.
Comprehensive understanding of full cycle recruiting.
Preparing Order Forms.
Filling & Scanning HR documents.
Translation of required operation materials.
Handle a high volume of customer's inquiries through different communication channels: inbound calls, e-mails and chat to provide an exceptional quality of service.
Answer incoming calls to fully provide required information for customer's inquiries regarding products and services provided by company.
Research required information using available resources.
Follow up customer calls where necessary.
Receive complaints and directing them to the department or person in concern to find best solutions on spot.
Document all call information as per company SOPs.
Conduct outgoing calls to provide feedback and answers for customer's inquiries and questions.
Identify and escalate issues for supervisors with suggested solutions.
Route calls to appropriate resources.
Assist and guide colleagues to perform the proper practices and actions as per every situation demands.
Prepare daily reports and statistics regarding work obstacles and developments.

Through my studies of English Language Translation, I have learned the major qualities of the proper translation and interpretation. I went through a field training in a reputable translation office specialized with legal translation, which increased and enhanced my professional experience.
