Contact residential and commercial businesses within the service territory, perform needs analysis, and provide a detailed network and hardware solution to these customers.
Follow the client’s agreement to purchase, prepare all necessary contract documentation and accurately
complete the sales hand-off package. ensure customer satisfaction with services provided and work closely with the Project Manager.
Assist in identifying and expanding possible product lines related to sales. Make recommendations on products, process, pricing, and marketing.
Participate in company-sponsored training and stay current with changes and developments in new fields
.maintaining market awareness, and sharing this information internally. In addition, continue learning best sales practices and sales professionalism to improve sales atitude and skills.
Working in a fast paced team oriented and entrepreneurial environment. Managing a client portfolio and having revenue and account management responsibility for key accounts.
Working closely with the Sales Director to prospect, pitch & close new business.
Gaining a strong knowledge and understanding of a clients brand and products.
Organizing weekly team meetings with staff, directors and senior managers.
Involved in the day to day management of clients.
Participation in team building and sales training events.
Performance monitoring of account executives and account teams.
Address client concerns and ensure the resolution of issues in a timely manner.
Maintaining contact with clients
giving them regular updates. In charge of budgets and administration.
Oversee existing campaigns to grow key accounts.
Delivering ongoing market analysis and assessment of competitors.
Retain accounts through the development of strong relationships with key decision makers.
Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
Forecast and track key account metrics.
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
