Sales duties (generating inquiries, BMS design including Controls, unit distribution, quote, negotiations and follow up to hit the Target . 4. Generate new project leads. 5. * Technical/commercial consultations with clients, consultants and contractors. * Manage incoming enquiries from Contractors & end users. * Preparing quotation & design for new projects. * Manage the projects in initial stage & prepare all studies to get the job. * Follow the Technical Approvals with consultants & contractors. * Follow the implementation process with contractor. * Supervise on the installation, wiring and termination process. * System designing of HVAC/Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing controls systems while studying equipment schedule, schematic diagrams, floor plans, etc. * Reviewing system structure, I/O list and material requirement. * Selections of appropriate Integrated Security (CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion, Fire Alarm, IPTV, LIGHTING CONTROL) systems while studying the BOQ, floor plans, riser diagram, etc. * Preparing appropriate technical & commercial proposal/submittal (which includes BOQ, Input/output point list, control panel summary, valve selection sheet, catalogues, etc.). * HONEYWELL-ALERTON, GENT, FAST, EX-OR
