Build and establish Quality Management System to standardized the operations in the organisation and minimise all kinds of waste.

Manage with Quality Director JCI standards implementation and accreditation to get the organisation at the highest international accreditation level for better business opportunity.

Train all concerned employee in the JCI, ISO 9001, and regulatory standards to deliver a high-quality of service to customers and partners.

Participate in incident report and customer complaints investigations and preparing corrective action plans as Quality Improvement Projects.

Ensure that all regulatory and licensing standards and requirements are implemented to minimise and avoid fines and penalties.

Measure and analyze customer satisfaction survey, incident reports, complaints, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to be shared with top management to be reflected in the management decisions operationally and strategically levels.

Lead internal audits to check the effectiveness of Quality Management System, Risk Management implantation and ERP System utilization for continual improvement purposes and to mitigate risks.

Build and implement a Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 in the administration departments to standardize the processes.

Comply with the best practice, partners and legal requirements of transporting and storing Pharmaceutical and Medical items to deliver safe products and services to the clients across the country.

Successfully manage partners’ (Franchisors) audits which build a long-term business relationship and attract new partners with new profitable products and deals.

Implement Risk Management in the organization for both operation/departmental level and strategical level to minimize and mitigate the impact of these risks on the business.

Lead internal audits to check the effectiveness and improve the Quality Management System implantation, ERP (SAP) system utilization, and risk management.

Report External Audit findings and Internal Audit findings to top management during the management review meeting help management to take the appropriate improvement decisions.

Help and support all departments to write and establish their Polices and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001, GDP, Regulations, and Partners.

Coordinate with the departments to make a training session to train all employees on the new and updated SOP’s for appropriate implementation.

Follow up with all concerned departments to do root cause analysis and close all open findings of both Internal and External audits in order to close all pending corrective action plans.

Participate as a member in the internal quality audit team to audit the departments based on the approved policies and procedures to improve the processes.

Control all documents in the organization by establishing and implementing a Document Change Policy and Procedure to make sure that all used documents are approved, updated, and part of our Quality Management System.

Implement the Quality Management System for food safety in all Carrefour branches across the country.

Update the polices and procedures based on the received incident and based on the new updates received from International Head office to keep a standardized service and products up to the level.

Implement and maintain ISO 22000 and manage the surveillance audit done by the certification body.

Perform site Internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness and improve the quality management system and international standards implementation.

Make sure that the food products are processed, prepared, displayed, and served as per the GMP requirements.

Analyze and interpret the statistical results of the audits, food sampling, and training status to overcome the weaknesses and share the strengths.

Conduct pre-operative procedures, send and endorse patients to operation room.

Receive post-operative patients from operation room and apply post-operative nursing care to ensure a high level of client’s wellness and faster recovery until discharge.

Maintain the patient safety by providing the appropriate Nursing Care Plan to prevent any possible complications and to provide good patients experience.
