Accountabilities:
• Develop IT departmental strategies to align with the overall business strategy.
• Implement hardware, software standards for IT services, databases, wireless, etc.
• Provide timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors.

• Manage Borouge Infrastructure Active Directory Domain controllers, Exchange messaging service, and Email Archive, SCCM2012R2 and Hyper-v2012 R2 virtualization environment for private cloud.
• Leading Borouge Exchange 2013 server’s new setup and migration project.
• Leading Borouge Enterprise Project Management (EPM )2013 design and implementation.
• Leading Borouge Configuration Manager 2012 implementation and migration project.
• Leading Borouge Domain Controller upgrade to Windows 2012 project.
• Leading Borouge VMware 6 virtualization Project, private cloud configuration and self-services portal using VMware vRealize 6.
• Leading Borouge Storage Migration from old to the new storage for infrastructure servers.
• Heavily participate on vBlock onboarding for Borouge Shanghai office china and Singapore, to provide guidelines and technical recommendation and advises.
Accomplishments:
• Design and onboard Cisco UCS servers and configure the chassis and Fabric Interconnect.
• Successfully install and configure VMware 6 infrastructure, and migrate servers P2V.
• Install and configure 13 Nutanix nodes across 4 Boxes, create clusters, install and configure VMware6 clusters.
• Successfully upgrade Borouge Active Directory Domain Controllers to latest windows 2012 R2 version across 16 sites worldwide.
• Successfully upgrade SCCM2007 to SCCM2012R2 version consist of Central Admin, Primary and two secondary sites, to cover UAE and Asia pacific.
• Rolling out OSD deployment using CM2012 for 5 different PC’s/Laptop’s model.
• Rolling out SCCM2012 remote tools to be used by service desk, centralize end users machine patch management with ADR, which increase the compliance up to 85%.
• Install and configure a cluster SCVMM R2 to manage 3 Hyper-v clusters with total 20 Hosts.
• Install and configure System Center 2012 App Controller and configure three private clouds to be managed by different teams.
• Install and configure RDS servers across Borouge Sites. To secure the access based of group function to destination servers.
•Troubleshooting & Documentation:
Document for any significant Change (RFC), troubleshooting methodology and root-cause analysis for complex and advanced problems.
Handle third-level escalation problems.
Define action and fail backup plan, to solve problems within proper down time.
Function as the focal point to resolve all break/fix and service degradation issues.
•ITIL: Implement ITIL involving change, incident and problem management process.
•Microsoft Services:
Manage and maintain Microsoft infrastructure services on virtualization environment and VMware - ESX 3.5, and vSphere 4, and vSphere 5 .
Manage and maintain Microsoft Messaging System - Exchange 2010 & 2007.
Design Microsoft infrastructure services - AD Domain Controller, DHCP, and DNS on Windows 2003 & 2008.
•Server Management:
Design, manage and maintain corporate Forward\Reverse Array Proxy ISA (2004/2006/TMG) Servers.
Manage and maintain SCCM Server, utilizing feature as a central management for software distribution, software updates, and asset intelligent.
•Technical Leadership:
Manage Microsoft Windows team, providing technical clarification and consultation on projects implementations, problem investigation, and documentation and risk mitigation.
Review individual’s performance using KPIs to determine productivity levels.
Make a recommendations for the improvement of the IT infrastructure and IT systems.
•Service Delivery:
Implement systems maintenance plans to manage reliability and service expectations. Handle audit, up-gradation and operating systems management on all production systems and components.
Manage Operation Readiness process and review HLD & LLD documents with focus on - gaps, problems and resolutions.
Review engineering design to provide value-added feedback/recommendations/approval. Support the project delivery within scope, time and budget.
Conduct technical interviews for system administrator and prepare technical evaluation.
