• Issue Itqan Payroll card for new employees and follow up a request for Renewal, Expired, closed and Re-issue card.
• Responsible to work with the comprehensive ERP system and involved in the betterment process of the same.
• Coordination with the projects Managers, Accountants and Admin officers to accomplish the task assigned.
• Preparation of reports for decision making of the company, it's sectors and sister concerns.
• Preparation of Cost Comparison Reports for the Company, it's Sectors and Sister Concerns to determine the monthly manpower cost and its comparison with the previous months.
• Preparation of HR Reports for management decision making process.
• Preparation of the company budget.
