القيام بكل مهام السكرتارية من تنظيم المواعيد والمقابلات وارسال البريد واستلامه ووضع جدول المواعيد وارسال الميلات واستلامها وتاكيد المواعيد او الغائها حال الطلب وكذلك كتابة الخطابات علي الكمبيوتر وتنسيقها وكذلك ادارة شئون الموظفين بقسم ادارة المشروعات السياحية وسجلاتهم من اجازاتهم ووراواتبهم وغير ذلك واستقبال الزائرين والترحيب بهم وتنفيذ طلباتهم وكذلك توجيههم للمدير المطلوب مقابلته او حجز موعد لهم او الاعتذار عن عدم مقدرة المدير للمقابلة ومثل هذه الامور من اعمال السكرتارية
ودوري الوظيفي هو
1 - متابعة الموظفين وسجلاتهم من اجازات وتصاريح وجزائات وتطبيق لائحة الشركة ولائحة العمل عليهم في كل شئ من مكافئات الي خصومات
2- تقييم وتدريب الجدد علي الاعمال الخاصه بهم
3- اعداد رواتب الموظفين
4- تنفيذ اي مشتروات ادارية لتسيير العمل و الاعمال المكتبية
5- اخذ الحضور والانصراف ومتابعة شركة الامن في سجلاتها الادارية والخدمية والتقريرية
6- متابعة تامينات الافراد والتعامل مع الجهات الحكومية سواء التامينات الاجتماعية او الضرائب او الكهرباء او المياه وغيرها من الجهات
7- متابعة عمل السكرتارية ومتطلباتها والتنسيق بينها وبين الادارة في كل شئ
