 Complete and detailed search assignments, ensuring an understanding of job duties responsibilities and business requirements.
 Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
 Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
 Manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
 Extends offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of Co compensation Grading System.
 Manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
 Performs detailed reference checking and/or reference analysis on selected candidates and reviews results with hiring managers.
 Conducts follow-up calls and quality-improvement studies with hiring managers and new hires.
 Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all selected candidates.
 Visits all hiring-manager departments to develop a thorough understanding of the department culture and uses that understanding to help candidates fully understand the opportunity.
 Develops and maintains relationship with employment agencies from Asian, and Gulf countries.
 Evaluates their services and recommends most suitable body for specific recruitment requirement, then negotiates recruitment fee structures with recruitment and placement agencies
 Dealing with overseas and local Agencies - From local - Excellent Solutions,
 Provide reporting and regular status updates to the Group HR Manager as required through reports.
 Manages the tracking of applications from advertisement sources, internet ads and direct walk in résumés.
 Develops, implements and maintains ‘best practice’ recruitment and selection policies, systems, procedures, and tools including strategies and selection techniques
 Preparation of Annual Human Resource Report including Weekly KPI, Monthly & yearly Joined Report with Graphical Representation.
 Can search with Job portals like : Bayt.com, Gulftalent.com, Naukrigulf.com, Mihnati.com and Linkedin.
