• Manage Sales Strategy: Design, planning & execution.
• Oversees all aspects of Sales & Distribution Dept.

• Evaluating sales performance and setting performance goals accordingly for appraisal.

• Responsible for the company sales analysis to manage performance against objectives and assessment of market penetration, beside the responsibility of reviewing the sales periodic reports to insure achievement versus targets on both short and long terms.
• Manage Projects (i.e. Census - Digital Maps Projects - Launching new products).
• Communicate with sales force team for handling any issues related to salesmen routes through digital maps system.
• Communicate with Trade Marketing team in all aspects related to Customers targets & incentives.
PEPSICO, responsibilities included:
• Managing the sales automation process (Handheld project).
• Routes optimization.
• Assure balancing weighted routes between salesmen
• Binding any overlaps between routes using digital maps.
• Training for sales supervisors on using GPS devices for plotting outlets.
• Training for salesmen on using handheld devices (devices & sftware).

• Developing Forms & Reports for (Sales force information system) Powered by Oracle 8i & updated by Oracle 9i.
• Preparation of open reporting system.
• Data update and maintain.
• Managing & preparing any project required by top management as (Census Project)
• Preparation of many presentations required for the database.
