(1) PLANT SHIFT SUPERVISOR: Plant Shift In-charge responsible for the following works: M/S Joint Operations (JO) had taken over the responsibilities of O&M of Wafra Power Generation Plant from April 21, 2003 from Siemens-Westinghouse Service Company (SWSC) . Following successful completion of my contract with SWSC, I continued to work at PGP Wafra with new employer JO. My responsibilities with JO continued to be same as under SWSC (mentioned on the next page)

(1) PLANT SHIFT SUPERVISOR: Plant Shift In-charge responsible for the following works: • Operations of Power Plant consisting of following equipments: Gas Turbines: Three Siemens-Westinghouse dual fuel fired units of 57 MW ISO each, W-501 AA Westinghouse Gas Turbine-Generator units with latest state of the art DCS, Westinghouse Distributed Process Family (WDPF)
Gas Compressors: Three DRESSER RAND make reciprocating Fuel Gas Compressors. Two single stage compressors of 29 MMSCFD capacities and one 3 stage compressor of 11 MMSCFD capacities.
DCS and PLCs: Westinghouse Distributed Process Family (WDPF) DCS for Gas Turbine and BOP Control and Allen Bradley PLCs for Gas Compressors control.
Black Start Gen-Sets: Three CATTER PILLAR Diesel Generators. Two gen-sets of 1.5 MVA each and one 2.4 MVA rating for auxiliary power supply to Black Start the station.
H2S and Combustible Gas Detection System: Centralized Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S) Gas and Combustible Gas detection system for the Combustion Turbine Units, Gas Compressors and rest of the plant area
Fire Protection System: FM200 Fire protection system for Combustion Turbine unit, Centralized Foam type Fire protection system for Fuel oil Storage Tank. Fire water pump house for hydrant system.
Electrical Distribution and Transmission: 13.8 KV, 4.16 KV and 480 V Cutler Hammer Switchgears for Station auxiliary power distribution and 34KV and 115KV power transmission system with step up ABB feeder transformers.
Fuel Gas Supply and Fuel Oil Storage: Filtering, compression and supply of pressurized Sour Natural Gas with 4% H2S content to the Combustion Turbines. Operations of John Zink Flare stack system. Also, unloading, storage and forwarding of the fuel oil to Combustion Turbines.
• Preparation of Plant Operations Reports: Shift Reports, Daily Generations Report, Monthly Generation reports, Blackout and Brownout Incident reports etc.
Develop Plant Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures like, Emergency Response Procedure, Confined Space Entry Procedure, Work Permit Procedure, Lock-out/Tag-out/Standard Isolations Procedure, Plant Black Start and Normal Start-Up Procedure, Normal and Emergency Shutdown Procedures etc as assigned by the Operations Superintendent.

PLANT SENIOR SHIFT ENGINEER
Plant Shift In-charge responsible for the Operation and controlling the following works:
Boilers and Auxiliaries: Toshiba Boilers with duel fuel firing (Gas/Distillate) facility.
Steam Turbines: Eight Mitsubishi Steam Turbine-Generator units of 300 MW each.
Gas Turbines: Four Mitsubishi Gas Turbine-Generator units of 30.00 MW each.
Desalination & Water Treatment Plant: Eight Water desalination Units of each 7 million gallons per day capacity. Chlorination plant etc.
Black Start Gen-Sets: Diesel Generators 3.0MW each and Four Gas turbine 30MW each.
Fire Protection System: Halogen Fire protection system for Plant and the Units, Centralized Foam type Fire protection system and Fire hydrant system.
HVAC System: Hitachi supplied Units of HVACS, Chillers, Air handling Unit and split units etc. The Control system was supplied by Honeywell.

I have extensive hands-on working experience on the following software applications: 1. Mainsaver: Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) for PM and corrective Work Order execution, Spare parts management etc.
2. Tag-Link: Maintenance Safety Software (MSS) to process Log-out/Tag-out.
3. Microsoft Office: Computer Applications like MS-Word, Excel, MS- Project, and MS-Power Point etc.
