Job duties: -
- Provide leadership to finance and accounting areas of the organization;
- Provide useful financial insights to help make better decisions about formulating and executing strategy, provide guidance, and analysis to executive and operational management to improve results;
- Maintain system of accounts and keep books and records on all transactions and assets;
- Prepare and analyze accurate monthly financial and management reports, including income statement, balance sheet, budget and variance, projections and forecast, and cash flow;
- Perform month-end closing procedures, including overhead allocations, account reconciliations, and updating schedules;
- Recommend and report upon benchmarks against which to measure organizational performance;
- Leading the production of cash flow reports, annual budget, and forecasts;
- Calculate variances from the budget and report significant issues to management;
- Provide financial analysis and models as needed, in particular for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations;
- Leading the annual audit process;
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company;
- Prepare the monthly Withholding taxes report, Annual Withholding tax report, and submit it to the related authorities;
- Prepare the monthly VAT (Value Added Tax) report, and submit it to the related authorities;
- Prepare the annual income tax and Zakat report, and submit it on time to the related authorities; and
- Responsible for the management and responding of the VAT, Zakat, Withholding Tax, and income tax explanations which the company receives from the Authorities.

- Timely completion of monthly close process including preparation of journal entries, accounts reconciliation, and preparing supporting schedules;
- Verifying that sufficient documentation exists for all general accounting procedures and processes;
- Responsible for following-up fixed assets books, physical counts, additions, depreciation, and disposals, and, making sure that it’s all in accordance with the firm’s policy;
- Following-up inventories books (including all transactions and physical counts);
- Assisting in any suggestions for the continually modification for the internal policy;
- Avoiding legal challenges by complying with legal requirements;
- Coordinating and providing support to external auditors;
- Reconciling intercompany accounts before the deadline;
- Performing variance analysis and identifying anomalies, then report it to the management;
- Completing relevant management reports for submission on a timely basis;
- Preparing monthly financial reports;
- Assisting in developing and implementing new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the financial department and the company as a whole, and
- Assisting in annual Budget’s preparation.
- Coordinating with the external auditors in conducting their tasks.
- Plan, assign and review staff’s work;
- Prepare monthly Banks reconciliations;
- Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries;
- Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information;
- Summarizes financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements based on quarterly periods; and
- Determine and analyze the variances between budgeted and actual performance and report the results to the financial manager.
- Preparing Customers’ monthly claims, following-up the customers’ accounts in the company; and
- Prepare monthly Banks reconciliations.
Graduated from faculty of commerce from Ain-Shams University, With (Fair) Grade, Accounting Section (Mai 2008).
