Assigned as a Fit-Out Project Manager for “Majlis Al Attiyah Project” with value of 55 Million QAR, and Fit-Out provision of 28 Million QAR, and “Mother Palace” project with Fit-Out budget of 25 Million QAR
- Managing, Monitoring & Planning In-Site projects operations for all Fit-Out Scope with our In-house Team, Sub-Contractors and Suppliers assuring daily progress and productivity to meet our weekly and monthly look-ahead and reporting to PMO for action and updates.
- Coordinate with Consultant and Other Project Team “QA, QS, Procurement, DC, HSE...etc.” regarding approvals, RFI, change orders, inspections, regulations...etc. assuring all documents and submittals as shop drawings and method of statement approved, inspected and implemented for all finishing items.

• Lead and direct Interior Design team to generate proposal design, FF&E and technical drawings.
• Collaborate with financial team to develop contract documents (tendering, BOQs, Pricing, and RFP).
