Monitoring the execution of all HR operation tasks.
Supervise all the Payroll duties Compensation & Benefits, Salary Cycle, EOS... etc.
In charge of reforming the Policy & Procedure, along with enhancing employees’ retention.
Digital Transforming Program (ERP): structure, requests workflow, approvals, and reform based on HR needs.
Involvement & Participation in Strategic plans, and OD projects.
Provide consultancy & general support to daily tasks across the business related to HR Operation activities, employee
benefits, training & development, and other administration for employees in compliance with statutory obligations and
best practices, which include but are not limited to:
Conducting Investigations and advising the disciplinary and/or grievance hearings (If applicable) as per the
SLL & internal procedure.
Developing onboarding procedures for newly hired and sponsorship-transferred employees.
Monitoring all Governmental portals' tasks (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, MOL) and meeting the
requirements in a timely manner.
In Link with Saudization agencies i.e. (HRDF & Tamheer) to maintain Nitaqat at the required level.
Review & approve the employees’ Compensation & Benefits (OT, EOS, Annual Leaves, etc.).
Authenticating the employees’ contracts electronically (Qiwa & GOSI).
Develop, edit, and apply the company’s Policies & Procedures, along with the employee’s Handbook in
corresponds with the Saudi Labor Law.
OD participation i.e., Loyalty Program, Culture Awareness, Business Etiquette, Retention Plan, and Exit
Interviews.
Supervise & monitor all HR Operations, focusing on personnel along with participation in analyzing, suggest, and/or
edit the related internal policy & procedure, which corresponds to Saudi Labor Law.
• Collecting, processing, and communicating relevant data in a timely manner, considering priorities.
• Creating & Marinating accurate files and reports.
• Implementing and ensuring all departments comply with company, local market, and legal policies, procedures
and guidelines.
• Developing internal & external relationships to benefit and enhance the business.
• Reviewing and making recommendations for change or smother process.
• Calculate employee benefits (EOS, Vacations, … etc.)
• Bank Transactions (wire, pay orders, WPS files… etc.)
In two of the fastest-growing family-owned companies in the area, and due to their small manpower, I was elected to
be the only HR in Charge with duties that includes, but not limited to:
• Design, edit, and implementing the Internal Policies, and make sure of its effectiveness and Matching
of Saudi Labor Law; as well as, fairness for both Employers and employees.
• Talent Needs & Acquisition and follow-up with recruitment processes. This includes reviewing the vacancy
announcements available and conducting interviews and on-boarding at all stages.
• Compensation & Benefits (Attendance, Payroll, Vacations, Raise & Deductions, Health Insurance, etc...)
• Govern. Relations (MOL, GOSI, CCHI, Muqeem, etc...)
• Official Communications (Govern. & Embassies Letters, authorizations, partners, and internal)
• Reports & Semi-weekly meeting with the CXO Managers to ensure the Strategical Development & Process.
HR Supervision and Saudization Representative on ARAMCO projects.
New Employee Contracts. (Job description, Offer, onboarding, and orientation).
Corporate Communication and Official Letters.
(Embassies, Governmental Sectors, Authorizations, Certificates, Internal Memos, and Personal).
HR Personnel (Performance Management, vacations, Bank accounts, Benefits, Health Insurance, etc...).
ERP & employee accounts (Initiation, edit, update, and audit).
Governmental relations & services (Muqeem, CCHI, Ministry of Labor, HRDF, etc...).
Attending top Management meetings, as well as operation management's, and work on both solutions, and strategies to apply their vision

• HRMS modules Training with the IT department (Oracle).
• Worked with the HR Development Team in planning, implementing, review, and Evaluation of several projects including, but not limited to:
- Training Needs Analyzing Project (TNA)
- The new Performance Management System (PMS); including ERP registration and creation.
• Collaborated with the HR Communication Manager preparing Public Awareness Material
• Managed the election, interviews, and evaluation of Summer Coop candidates.
