I am responsible of all Kuwait office operations, planning, sales/marketing, accounts management, application tasks & project selling Processes (Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling and Project Closeout).
Duties & Responsibilities
-Manage Key accounts (new and existing) which include partners, engineers, MEP contractors and End user clients by build & maintain relationships and provide professional/technical support.
-Developing business plans and action plans in line with the company’s vision to grow the business.
-Develop and support our distributors / Partners to ensure that we can achieve our sales targets.
-Support all Marketing activities within my territory responsibilities
-Conduct all sales related activities including project tenders and project co-ordination work like Forecasting & reporting on Monthly basis, the actual and expected business within the area of responsibility.
-Ensure that all credit terms are in place and the payments are made on time.
-Coordinate internally with the products team ensuring that all key projects under design are covered and later on secured.
-Responsible for the development of the staff and organization to ensure succession planning and training needs are analyzed and met with HR’s guidance.
-Adhere to corporate compliance policy and exceed service levels and expected reliability standards.

Promote the integrated solutions provided by Daikin.
Approach the owners/developers and consultants.
Support in design of HVAC equipment and develop specifications of HVAC equipment/materials.
Maintain and expand customer’s portfolio.
Prepare presentations on all products and participate in seminars.
Make researches to evaluate our market share and advise necessary business plane.
b. Application Tasks:
Respond in timely manner to all client requests for information, offers and products claims.
Make the selections for all the products.
Prepare the sales technical/commercial offers.
Prepare technical submittals
Follow up on orders and payments.
c. Sales Tasks:
Ensure timely follow up on the projects.
Work on Jobs in hand finalization and close out
Developing Weekly/Monthly Reports.
Updating Projects Status.
d. After Sales Tasks:
Handle/coordinate spare parts enquiries and stock.
Handle/coordinate for equipment commissioning and startup.
Handle/coordinate service and warranty calls.
