1. Create and monitor a system of controls, procedures, and forms for the recordation of fixed assets. (Oracle Financial - Fixed assets, Enterprise assets management, Oracle Assets Tracking, Project Costing and Oracle Inventory).
2. Recommend to management any updates to accounting policies related to fixed assets.
3. Coordinate with Logistic to assign tag numbers to fixed assets.
4. Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system.
5. Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed.
6. Reconcile the balance in the fixed asset Register (subsidiary ledger) to the summary-level account in the general ledger.
7. Calculate depreciation for all fixed assets and ensure matching with system.
8. Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation.
9. Provide the necessary details to insurance Company regarding property and trace the claims related to assets.
10. Calculate asset retirement obligations for those fixed assets to which AROs are applicable.
11. Investigate the potential obsolescence of fixed assets.
12. Conduct periodic impairment reviews for intangible assets.
13. Conduct periodic physical inventory counts of fixed assets. And automate the physical count of online network assets.
14. Provide the necessary data to management helping them to deiced for fixed assets necessary action (disposed of -Trade in - Maintenance- upgrade).
15. Conduct analyses related to fixed assets as requested by management.
16. Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets, and assist the auditors in their inquiries.
17. Track company expenditures for fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget and management authorizations

the accounting principles.

4. Visibility Study of new Branches to both Management and Central Bank of Kuwait.

5. Preparation of the final accounts.

6. Create financial reports (Profit & loss and Balance Sheet, Cash Flow ..Etc.) and present to Central Bank of Kuwait on monthly & Quarterly base.

7. To coordinate with the Central Bank inspection committees.

8. To follow up the anti-money laundering procedure to ensure that it matches with the agreed international measurements.

9. Preparation of the bank reconciliation.

10. Cash Management activity

Handle the customer ledger (Accounts Receivable) and follow up the collection process, bank reconciliation, sales voucher and asset preparing the final accounts .
