Implementation of company hr policies in compliance with the UAE Laws. Always keep up to date with the changing immigration laws. Undertake administrative duties such as drafting letters/emails, updating various data’s in excel and routine follow-ups. Documentation and reporting. Maintain company confidential files and data’s. PRO duties especially consist of getting approvals and document clearance from DHA, Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Interior Affairs, and other government Departments. Immigration works includes clearing employee documentation through GDRFA/ICA for employee visas, change status, renewals, travel reports, immigration clearance, cancellations etc. Also make sure these legalities are met within the stipulated time to avoid fines.
The assigned responsibility includes leading the hospital Food & Beverages and Housekeeping departments. It’s my responsibility to regularly liaise with the external vendors to ensure the services provided to the in/Out Patient are up to the standards of the hospital. Closely monitor both departments daily services and make sure that patients, staffs and other customers are satisfied with the services provided. Prepare monthly reports for the review.

My responsibility includes coordinating and providing support to disabled persons with identified needs. Organize time and resources based on the individual needs of clients. Coordinate general housekeeping, meals-on-wheels and personal hygiene of dementia patients. Assisting in transporting dementia patients to appointments and activities. As duty in-charge, it’s my responsibility to closely monitor staff performance and schedule training accordingly. Provide on the job training for the new joiners. Make recommendations for changes and improvements to the patient care program and follow-up patient concerns with the shift supervisor. Monitor Physical and mental conditions of the disabled persons as instructed by the Senior Carer. Documentation and routine handover.
