• Redesign Orders and Account Management process applications with a strong focus on usability workflows and data visualization. Work closely with PO, stakeholders, engineers from conception to early implementation: establishing timelines and consensus from all parties around product flow, technology limitations and goals for research
• Research and identify problems through stakeholder talks, take User Interview to define their challenges and goals.
• Create user persona, scenarios and user experience map. Validate workflows and user acceptance testing.
• Create architectural design sketch, wire-frame, low fidelity and high‐fidelity mock-ups with best User Experience (UX) and Human‐Centered Data Visualisation. Solve design problems for all screens and maintain high discoverability.
• Collaborate with other designers to ensure consistency with other products design and icons in the platform.
• Maintain consistent company brand and Google Material Design guidelines and W3C standards.
• Develop the mock-ups into pixel‐perfect cross‐browser multi version compatible and responsive HTML with CSS and JavaScript for implementation.
• Maintaining Test‐Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD) and UA Testing.
• Fixing, Analyzing, Scrubbing & Tracking Bugs and support other team members.
