- updating ISID strategic vision, mission, goals and initiatives

• December 2010 - April 2014, Worked in ERP department - HRMS Project Management Office (HRMS PMO), this concentrates on

- Planning, organizing and Periodic evaluation of the project accomplishments

- Lay down detailed schedules of activities, milestones, and deliverables of the project team, and identifies the resources availability
- Identifies the roles and responsibilities of each member of the project team (RACI)
- Establishing communication plan, protocol, procedure, and methods to communicate project information and issues among members of the team;
- Reviewing deliverables and agreements
- Risk Analysis, lists out potential problems and chances in the project, the probability of such occurrences, the possible impact, and possible solutions.
- Preparing forms and templates to simplify communication, record-keeping and reporting.
- Review project’s issues and discuss them with users and monitor the progress of issue solving
- Managing project documentation library (including risk registers, schedules, incident logs etc)
- Conducting project health checks and post-project reviews
- Improve the project by understanding requirements and check the possibility of enhancing process.
- Collating and reporting project status to senior management.
- Negotiating with business departments, vendors or 3rd parties
- Managing events and professionally presenting certain concepts
- Provide training for some Department.

• October 2008 - 2014, Worked in ERP - Enterprise Asset Management (eAM) project team as functional/technical member (Implementation and support Support) .eAM aims to automate the maintenance cycle. I have also contributed in eAM Upgrade to Oracle R12.
