Design Management: Delivering strong leadership for the design and engineering of various projects and processes from inception to completion by providing strong technical expertise and management skills during design and construction phases. Value Engineering: Develop alternative design solutions and schemes with the aim to improve the constructability and the functionality of the structure.
Structural Design: undertaking design and complex engineering processes including setup of design strategies, developing concepts and practical design schemes, and detail design for tenders and projects.
Technical Bids: Provide engineering and technical support to the estimation teams for a number of bid proposals by understanding client requirements and managing expectations to ensure practical designs, and competitive technical proposals.
Key Relationships: Build and manage a constructive relationship with the client and other stakeholders, understanding the requirements and managing the expectations.
