Job Title : Contract representative specialist


i. Reviewing contract's' documents e.g. Shopping Carts, Scope of work, Technical Specifications, Bid Form Pricing Attachment, contract's' amendments, change orders in accordance with the manual and Company standards and regulations, and thus define comments if any.


ii. Having finished reviewing the documents aforesaid, we start preparing the Bid Documents along with a letter of invitation that shall be sent to Contractors and / or Consultants inviting them to participate in the Bid.


iii The Latters having paid the documents fee required, we hold a meeting with them i.e. job explanation meeting to brief them on the scope of work, and answer every questions that they might have in mind regarding the scope work, Pricing Attachment and other related documents.


iv After that, we conduct Pre Bid clarification in which we answer in writing the questions & queries submitted by Bidders.


v When necessary, and in coordination with the Proponent, we draft addendum to Bid documents and notify the contractors thereto, before the Bid opening in which we declare the Bid prices submitted by them .


vi Immediately after the Bid opening, we start reviewing and evaluating the Bids i.e. conducting financial & commercial analyses to Bids to see to what extent they meet the Company manual & regulations. Most often, we hold a meeting thereafter i.e. post Bid clarification meeting with the Bidder submitting lowest Bid to clarify certain issues to confirm that the Bidder understands the scope of work well and to remove any ambiguity that might exists.


vii After that we prepare the final contract and confirm that the contract is in compliance with law and regulations and does not violate the manual. Then, we follow the process till the contract is signed by the signatory and the Contractor and / or the Consultant.
