Following are the Job Description (Duties & Responsibilities ) in Three Difference Departments of NEPRA which are as follows:-

i. Human Resource Directorate (as HR Assistant)
ii. Thermal Directorate (as Assistant to Director)
iii. Consumer Affairs Division (as Executive Secretary)

Performs a variety of administrative, secretarial and clerical duties for the department.

Looked after the Human Resource Development functions of NEPRA like Recruitment & Selection, Employee Orientation, Promotion as per policy, Placement, Training & Development, Contract Employment, Leave record, Maintenance of Personal Files of each employee, etc.

Daily mail handling, screening telephone calls, traveling arrangements & protocol of Director.

Drafting routine letters, taking dictation, drafting and typing correspondence, working papers for Authority and preparation of reports & presentations independently.

Coordinates and participates in office support functions of department’s goals/objectives.

Keeping all types of record like petitions, cases etc, in a way, for easy access and retrieval.

Schedule appointments/meetings and coordinating with other departments and establish appointments priorities

Prepare Analysis reports and presentations on important issues;

Maintain policy and confidential files, records and documentation in a mannere that retrieval is easy;

Handling of Customer Care Issues of about Eight Distribution Companies of Pakistan's Jurisdiction.

Processing of complaints of Customers according to the Rules & Procedures laid down in NEPRA Act .

Facilitating the Customers on their day to day issues, arising disputes with Distribution Companies, etc.
