Presently working as a Sr. Staff Travel Assistant in QR- Staff Travel Office (HR) at Qatar Airways. Issuing rebate tickets for QR staff and subsidiaries. Duty travel, staff annual tickets. Processing travel requests for Training's, Interview, Joining, Repatriation, Compassionate, DHD ticketing, Consultants ticketing, CAA rebate ticketing etc.
Offering all kind of travel related services including Holiday Packages, Hotel, Visa assistance and Travel Insurance.
Interaction with Airlines regarding Reservations, Ticketing, Itinerary, Fares and Confirmations.
Deal with corporate companies & arrange group reservation / Ticket for their group fares, VMPD and Excess Baggage.

Online booking & reservations (Air India Express, Air Arabia, Bahrain Air, Air Asia).
Issuing VMPD for various airlines through BSP.
Coordinating & Monitoring Travel requests.

Gather, Analyze and prepare Daily/Weekly/Monthly sales report.
Preparation of duty staff roster.
Assisting supervisor to optimize team performance.
Upgrading junior staffs regarding the fares, sales and pricing of itinerary.
Answering all Incoming and Outgoing Phone calls.
Issuing Electronic Travel Authority and all other relevant duties.

Handling major Corporate Clients like Infosys, Oracle, Texas
Instruments, Satyam, Dell, HCL, Volvo, HSBC, I Gate, and Accenture.
Visa Documentation, Hotel & Car Rental, Travel Insurance.
Handling Monthly Reports.
Domestic, International Reservation and ticketing for Corporates.
Hotel arrangements, Co-ordination with Consulates to get visas.
Travel Insurance, Handling Walk-in Customers.
