Job Description
● Responsible for snagging and de-snagging works with Consultant and Client during construction and handover using On-Site application
• Prepare QA/QC weekly, monthly report and key performance indicator (KPI’s).
• Conduct internal audit of projects, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Managing inspection and testing activities of works and materials in the projects.
Job Description
• Verify and inspect pipes before laying for conformity and damage during inspection.
• Responsible for inspection of construction and installation of chambers and other utilities.
• Ensure that all activities are being executed in accordance with the approved drawings and project specification/standards.
• Coordinate with the project consultant during inspection and daily activities.
• Review and certify quality documents, test results, and registers.
• Carry out inspections of completed works and materials arriving at site with respect to specifications.
• Prepare and consolidate RFI for the handing over of ITR’s through Win PCS ITR’s check sheets.
• Conduct snagging/punch list prior to handing over of completed works.
• Prepare QA/QC Construction Dossier for the final hand over of documents to the client.
Job Description
• Maintain accurate records of analysis with quality assurance and procedures.
• Performs routine maintenance and calibration on lab equipment to assure compliance with normal lab operation testing.
• Contributes to the department safety goals.
• Assures that supplies are ordered and stored as needed.
Job Description
• Prepares PERT/CPM diagram, cash flow, bar chart, equipment utilization schedule for its project.
• Supervise and inspect underground drainage system, waterline system and development process.
• Perform other related duties assign from time to time.
